Yes, I couldn't believe it when I hopped onto the Scales of Justice this morning, I had to check three times.

Weight: 12 stone 13 Pounds
BMI: 29.21
Yes - another four pounds down! I can't believe it. I am not feeling any effects (although my jeans were very loose, like they were before, which is always encouraging). I haven't really noticed anything else though.

Thanks M, if I can lose 2 pounds next Sunday then I will be up to a stone in 5 weeks. I'll head towards that goal.

4lb in a week is amazing - and you are on your diet for a long time, are you? That`s a lot of weight to lose - even if you say you don`t "notice" anything else, it feels good that they are gone, does it? :-)
